Understand recurring billing, how to cancel future renewals, and how access and refund requests are handled for Intelligence Brief subscriptions.
Scope and founding subscription options
This policy applies to paid Federal Gold Rush Intelligence Brief subscriptions sold through Payhip. The FOUNDING 500 offer is $19/month or $199/year for the first 500 subscribers. Your founding rate remains locked as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Future standard pricing: $29/month or $290/year. The plan and terms shown at checkout govern your purchase.
Recurring billing
Subscriptions renew and are charged automatically on the selected monthly or annual billing interval until cancelled. Review the selected plan, price, and billing interval before completing checkout. Payments are handled through Payhip and its payment-processing services.
How to cancel future renewals
Cancel through your Payhip customer account or other account controls Payhip provides. Your purchase receipt includes an account-access link. For membership products, Payhip’s customer settings ordinarily include a Subscriptions tab with a cancellation control. The available steps depend on the product and account type; see Payhip’s cancellation instructions.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Confirm the cancellation status in Payhip and retain its confirmation. If you cannot access the controls, use Payhip account/support tools and the website contact pathway promptly.
Access after cancellation
Access ordinarily continues through the end of an already-paid billing period only if Payhip’s configuration supports that arrangement. End-of-period access is not guaranteed.
Important: Payhip’s current guidance for recurring memberships states that cancellation can remove access immediately, including during a paid period. Review the access consequences shown in your account before cancelling. See Payhip’s recurring-payment guidance.
Cancellation alone does not guarantee a prorated refund for the unused portion of a billing period.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually in light of applicable law and the transaction circumstances, including duplicate or incorrect charges, technical access problems, and whether paid content has already been materially accessed.
A refund is not promised for every request and may depend on applicable legal rights, platform processes, and payment-provider capabilities. Use Payhip account/support tools for billing questions and the Federal Gold Rush contact pathway for a request requiring our review. Include enough transaction information to identify the purchase, but do not send full payment card details.
Unauthorized or incorrect charges
If a charge appears unauthorized, contact your payment provider and Payhip promptly and notify us through the website contact pathway. For duplicate or incorrect charges, provide the relevant receipt or transaction reference so the matter can be reviewed.
Price and subscription-term changes
The Founding 500 rate remains locked as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Future standard pricing applies to new subscriptions after the founding offer ends. Other price changes apply prospectively as allowed by the checkout and subscription platform. Existing subscribers remain subject to the terms presented with their subscription unless changes are made with appropriate notice and in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. Review any notices you receive about your subscription.
Informational content and consumer rights
Digital content and market intelligence are informational. A subscription does not guarantee contract awards, proposal acceptance, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Nothing in this policy waives consumer rights or remedies that apply under law. Those rights take priority where required.
